“Delta” hotel was built in 1996 and reconstructed in 2007. The 4-storey hotel’s building was re-designed according to modern hotel technologies and all the utility networks were renewed. The hotel room and common area interiors are done in the minimalism style characterized by comfort and practicality. The hotel room capacity counts 30 rooms of different categories. Its new studios and suites make the hotel exclusive. The pride of the hotel is the restaurant, which, after the reconstruction, doubled its surface area and is now open not only for the hotel’s guests, but also for Irkutsk citizens. The hotel has its sauna with a swimming-pool.
