Luba's Homestay is located in the very centre of Olkhon Island in the village of Khuzhir. Fresh air, pure water, virgin nature and comfortable accommodation will help you to relax and have a rest.

The guesthouse can accommodate you at twin, three-bed or four-bed rooms and has also a comfortable family room. Cost of habitation includes two meals a day (breakfast and dinner). There is banya (Russian baths) at you service (at extra cost).

Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.

Cancellation Options

If cancelled, the total price of the order will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the order will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.

Children and Extra Beds

Accommodation of children under 4 years with no extra beds: free of charge.

Extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel and paid on the spot.
