Have a stay all year round in cozy cottages of Mostostroy Resort !

Each cottage is built on one floor and has a spacious veranda. Inside, there are three rooms, furnished with pine furniture, offering a panoramic view over the mountains and surrounding forest. In this quiet and comfortable place, you can relax in a cozy alcove after a hard hike in mountains or organize barbecue after a walk through Archane. Each cottage has its own bathroom and equipped kitchen. Each room is equipped with an LCD television and DVD player. All houses are heated with stoves and have a water heater.

Other infrastructures are car park, independant bathroom with relaxation room, play area with slides and swings for children and volleyball area.

Booking Options

Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.

Cancellation Options

If cancelled up to 3 days before, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 100 % of cost of the first 1 night(s) will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the order will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.

Children and Extra Beds

Accommodation of children under 5 years with no extra beds: free of charge.

Baby cots are not available.

Extra beds: 550 RUB per night.

Extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel and paid on the spot.
