"Fedorov Dvor" guest house was built of pine wood with carvings on the façade crowned by a solar sign. Comfortable and welcoming interior. The house can accommodate up to 9 people: 4 double bedrooms, possibility of an extra bed.
On the ground floor, two double bedrooms with separate entrances from the street. These rooms have a bathroom with shower.
Through the kitchen-dining room one can get to the first floor where rooms have a bathroom with WC and a sink (hot / cold water).
There is a communal kitchen and dining room with everything you need - dishwasher, oven, fridge, kettle. Here, a collection of old irons - a symbol of home.
In summer, you can take a boat trip to the small waterfall Utulik, or take the cable car to have a magnificent view of the lake. Lake Baikal is in 20 minutes walk from the guest house.
In winter you can ski on the slopes of Mount Sobolinaya or in the foothills of Khamar-Daban.
If you travel by car - parking is in front of the guest house. Russian banya is available.

Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.
Cancellation Options
If cancelled up to 5 days before, no fee will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.
