1. Four separate houses for families or companies of 2-6 people. Two of these houses have stove heating.
2. Dwelling building with 6 rooms sleeping 3-5 people each.
3. Comfortable one-floor cottage with four rooms sleeping a total of 12 people. Shared shower & toilet facilities on the floor. Available for accommodation year-round.
Total capacity of the guest house is 50 people. The exterior and the interior are decorated both with modern and traditional (pine wood) materials. The furniture is also made of pine. TV-set and DVD-player in every room. On the territory of the guest house there are comfortable washing and toilet facilities, shower room with cold and hot running water, cafeteria seating 20 people. For those who prefer to cook for themselves the cafeteria provides electrical stove, microwave oven, electrical kettle, fridge, kitchen utensils, and dishware. Added to this, there is a free parking lot, spacious banya (traditional Russian bath house), children playground (swings, sandpit, etc.), summerhouse, barbecue, fireplace, and bike rental on the territory.
