Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.

Cancellation Options

If cancelled, the total price of the order will be charged.

In case of no-show, the total price of the order will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.

Children and Extra Beds

Accommodation of children under 6 years with no extra beds: free of charge.

Accommodation of children under 4 years in cots: free of charge.

Extra beds: 500 RUB per night.

Extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel and paid on the spot.
