"Dream of Baikal" hotel is located in the center of Listvyanka.
The building was constructed from environmentally friendly material - pine. From the balconies and windows of most rooms there is a great view over Lake Baikal.

The hotel offers 19 rooms of different categories. All rooms are well furnished and comfortable. They have a bathroom, LCD satellite TV, a kettle and a safe.

Café serves its customers many Chinese, Russian and local dishes.

Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.

Cancellation Options

If cancelled up to 1 day before, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 100 % of cost of the first 1 night(s) will be charged.

In case of no-show, 100 % of cost of the first 1 night(s) will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.
