Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.
Cancellation Options
If cancelled, the total price of the order will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.
