The first house with views on Baikal Lake: one-storey house of several rooms with accommodation capacity of up to 4 people each. Comfortable beds with orthopedic matresses, bedside tables, dining tables and chairs. The hall in the common corridor is also furnished.
The second house with views on Baikal Lake and Svjatoy Nos demi-island: mansard room for 5 persons with wooden interior finish. Comfortable single beds with orthopedic matresses. Refrigerator, TV set.
The third house with views on Baikal Lake is made of rounded log. Two-storey house with rooms for 4 people on each floor. The room on the first floor has: orthopedic matresses, table and chairs, refrigerator, TV set, electric stove and kettle. The room on the second floor has: orthopedic matresses, table and chairs, electric kettle.
On the grounds of the tousist center there are indoor and outdoor kitchen areas. Both areas are equipped with kitchenware.

The tourist center stands close to the beach.
