The Lodge-Hotel “Baikal Residence” is Russia's first Game Lodge hotel, which features the development of complex adventures and their implementation. The hotel was built in 2013, the first guests arrived here in February 2014. The hotel was constructed on the site of the recreation center “Laskovy Bereg” and is located on the one of the most beautiful bald peaks of Northern Baikal.
Buildings of the hotel were constructed to resemble classic merchant houses of Siberia. Their design was inspired by a “lacy house” in the city of Irkutsk. Inside, the interior is concise and characterized by strict functionality and modest luxury.
The Lodge Hotel “Baikal Residence” is composed of 2 mansions which consist of 12 rooms and 5 rooms, respectively. Each room can be booked individually. Guests of each room are offered personalized service and a personal travel program.
The territory of the Lodge Hotel “Baikal Residence” is vast (2 hectares); besides, it is adjacent to a forest area of 40 hectares, which is leased and not available to unauthorized persons. The hotel has its own quay with a quay wall for medium-sized vessels.

Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.
Cancellation Options
If cancelled, the total price of the order will be charged.

Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.
