13 Chairs (13 Stul'ev) Boutique Hotel is a small mansion designed in classical style with an individual approach to every guest. Our hotel is located on Neglinskaya quay within several minutes of walking from the main city attraction – a beautiful Lake Onega quay, on the second part of the historic waterfront of Petrozavodsk. Reservation of this hotel is a guaranteed booking and made by payment of the total price of the order. You can pay either using your bank card on-line or with a bank transfer. Please note that you can only receive an instant confirmation of booking if your room has an "available" status, in this case the only possible payment is by bank card. Rooms with an "on request" status can be booked with the use of any way of payment.
Cancellation Options
If cancelled up to 14 days before, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later,
the total price of the order will be charged.
In case of no-show,
the total price of the order will be charged.
Refund is made to the bank card used for payment. In case of bank transfer, refund is made to the bank account of the user. The refund process may take 3 to 7 days from the date of order cancellation.
