Seven Karakolski lakes are located between 1820 and 2097 meters of altitude, characterize by each a unique color and link together by several canals and streams.You can't stay in the Altai without going to that spot. This Unesco world heritage site, will provide you the opportunity to discover the picturesque landscape from the Gorno-Altay region.With the help of our professional guides, this adventure throw the Eastern Altai will be unforgettable. After a snowmobile ride, enjoy good meals and a warm Russian wood-burning stove.It is preferable to have a drive experience, but that's not obligatory.Be ready to live an experience subject to changeable mountain weather which can be our allied or enemy.     Start of the route
    Excursion to the Karakokshinskaya cave, one of the highest in Altai. Its name comes from River Kara-Koksha. To reach the cave dare to climb up the "Bagatach" pass ("stony frog" in Altaic language) to the altitude of 2113 meters from where you will discover an exceptional view of the mountains. Don't miss the "Mountain spirits's castle". In reality, it's a pile of rocks comparable to a medieval castle giving rise to Altaic legends.

    Lake Veronica is a small alpine lake, shaped like the wrong figure "eight" when viewed from above. A small river flows out of Lake Veronica and flows into the Ugul River that belongs to the Biya river. The lake is surrounded on three sides low mountains.

Guaranteed departure from 4 participants. Accommodation at the camp site "Karakol lakes" in a wooden house (outdoor WC, bania). The price is indicated for two persons per snowmobile. Single supplement for snowmobiling is 30 900 RUB. The snowmobile driving is allowed for tourists above 18 years old. According to the weather conditions the itinerary can be changed on the similar one (in km). If you want to extend your journey in Eastern Altai or book an extra night, please, let us know of your preferences.
