Imagine snowmobile travel in the very heart of Siberia on the ice-covered Baikal... An ideal route for travellers looking for a blend of cultural discoveries and outdoor activities in one adventure. Magnificent paths on the Baikal ice field leading to the centre of the southern part of Lake Baikal and those of Siberian taiga will make you plunge into the magic of Russian winter. On the menu of this discovery are the Circum-Baikal tunnels and bridges, traditional villages of fishermen and gold diggers. Another busy day is over, you will find yourself in a comfortable hotel and try true Russian banya!

Day 1
Morning departure to the south of Lake Baikal. On the way discovery of the open-air museum of wooden architecture - Taltsy. Arrival in the village of Listvyanka. Visit to the Baikal museum to discover the lake's fauna and flora. Ropeway lift to Chersky rock to admire amazing panorama of the surroundings. Discovery of the village. Hotel accommodation.
Day 2
All day travel over the Baikal ice by snowmobile (2 persons per snowmobile) to discover the old Circum-Baikal Railway. First, we will go towards the 105th meridian, pretty middle of the southern part of Lake Baikal and will return later to the railway and its tunnels. Hot lunch in one of the villages of the Circum-Baikal Railway. Return to Listvyanka by 5.00 pm. Hotel overnight. Banya.
Day 3
After breakfast we'll take snowmobiles again to go north of Listvyanka to the village of Bolshiye Koty. No road connects these two villages and we will follow the ice way used by locals at all times. We will go there across snow-covered taiga and back over the Baikal ice. Return to Listvyanka by 5.00 pm. Banya in the evening.
Day 4
Free time in the morning for optional activities: shopping, skating, skiing. Transfer to Irkutsk in the afternoon. End of the programme.
