Crossing Olkhonsliye Vorota strait, we will reach Olkhon Island – the biggest island of Lake Baikal. We will be accommodated in the cozy resort with the hot dinner in the evening. We will walk to the Chamanka (Bourkhan) rock – the main landmark of Lake Baikal.  The second day, we will cross the entire island till its northernmost point – Khoboy cape. Along the way, we will visit the Peschanoye area, the cape Sagan-Hushun (Three brothers) and the cape Shunte-Leviy. On the way back, we will pass the village Uzury and the local weather station. In the third day, we will cruise to the most marvelous Baikal site – Ushkan Islands where you can see the Baikal nerpa – the endemic seals in their natural habitat. Why subscribe? First, our newsletters are captivating! We are one of the few tour operators specializing in Russian and Georgian nature, who invests a lot of resources into photo and video-shooting. That’s why even sitting in the office, you’ll feel like you are making your way among arctic ices, walking along taiga valleys, admiring volcanos or looking in the mirror of crystal Baikal waters. Second, there is lots of useful stuff in our letters. The information about outstanding places, new routes’ descriptions, stories from expeditions and trips. And don’t worry, we write in an easy and entertaining manner. And finally, we’re not pushy. You will get all this beauty not often than once a month or two. So you’re gonna miss us!
