This trip will give you a unique experience in the middle of wild nature in the north of Lake Baikal. The route is laid between Muzhinay Cape and the town of Severobaikalsk along the lakeside and partly through taiga. During this tour we will stay overnight in tent and will eat food cooked with fire.

We will see several small lakes, some of them are sacred and we will bathe in the thermal sources. You will enjoy the change of scenery that is guaranteed by the itinerary, really very little frequented by tourists.

Day 1 (Friday) Early in the morning, boarding boat, a hydrofoil "Kometa". We will spend all the day to passage from Irkutsk to Severobaikalsk via Olkhon Island. In one day we will explore all the western shore of Lake Baikal. Arrival in Severobaikalsk, accommodation at the home-stay, dinner.

Day 2 Transfer to the village of Baikalskoye by car, 40 km to the south from the town. Boarding a small motor catamaran, cabotage to Muzhinay Cape.

Days 3 - 5 Excursion on horseback to the village of Baikalskoye. We will go from the Sacred Lake to Muzhinay Cape and follow the Baikal lakeside, and then cross the taiga. Arrival in the village of Baikalskoye at the end of the fifth day. Transfer to Severobaikalsk by car. Overnight at the home-stay, dinner.

Day 6 After the breakfast, boarding the hydrofoil, return to Irkutsk at about 9 - 11 p.m. (depending on weather conditions). Transfer to the hotel or to the station. End of the programme.
