Museum the Universe of Water

This museum was created in 2003 in a real water tower. The tower was built in 1859-1861 and was designed by architects G. Shubersky and A. Mierts. The exhibitions and displays have a pedagogical aim as well as ecological. Visitors learn about how water comes from its natural environment to our sinks. The are also made aware of the world water supply and the necessity to keep clean this key liquid to any kind of life on earth.
