State Bank

The building of the State Bank was built in 1913 so as to commemorate the three hundred years of the Romanov dynasty following the project of architect V. A. Pokrovsky. It is an original construction that reminds both of a medieval castle and an Old Russian wooden house. The interior of the bank was painted according the drawings of painter I. Bilibin.
