Baklany Kamen' (Cormorants Stone)

Baklany Kamen' Rock is situated 160 metres away from the shore at the edge of a sandbar where the depth are less than 5 metres. The height of the rock is 15 metres. It is bald and its eastern peak looks like a tower. The distance between the rock and the shore allows passage for vessels with a draught of not more than 2 m. Be careful in the birch grove opposite Baklany Kamen', as recently taiga ticks have become common there.
