The water in Kotelnikovskiy spring has an outcome temperature of +81С. It is the only known outcome of hot springs on the western shore of Baikal lake. In big pools this water is mixed with cold water of the lake, that's why everybody feels comfortable here. The water is used only for external use for locomotive, nervous system, and gynecological diseases. Hot waters of the spring activate immunodefence of the body, and have beneficial effect on musculoskeletal system, while hydrogen sulfide cleans and cures the skin. However it is not good for use because of high fluorine concentration.
