Beli Bom (white rock)
Before the creation of Chuysky road, Beli Bom made of white limestone was the most dangerous trade road to Chuysky. It was too narrow to have two horses side by side.
So as to avoid meeting another traveler going in the opposite direction the rider had to leave his horse and go forward on his own to put his hat farther down the road so as to signal his presence. At the time a huge slab of limestone cut off the road.
In 1957, soldiers of the Red Army put up a monument on one side of the rock after taking away the slab and throwing it in the river.
