Tour Overview
Tired from noisy city and traffic jams? This week end, it's time to take a train from Saint-Petersburg or Moscow to Petrozavodsk to enjoy Karelian nature and to get new emotions!
During these three days you will mix cultural part of the tour with active stay. You will visit the open air museum Kizhi included in the UNESCO World Heritage list, where you will go by hovercraft and then you will ride a dog sled and drive a snowmobile on the Lake and in the snow covered forest. This day you have an unusual lunch of Karelian's specialties accompagnied with the folklore show. You will stay in the cosy tourist complex.

- 11:00Dog-sleddingVisit of the kennel. This day you will be like a really musher! You will ride a dog sled through the snowy forest. It will bring you inner joy and energy!

- 14:30Kivach national reserveOn the road, visit of the Kivach natural reserve and its famous waterfall (one of the largest in Europe!).
- 16:10Visit to the Russian Spa - Marcial WatersAnother stop is the first Russian resort, founded in 1719 by decree of Peter the Great, Marcial Waters. Water from thermal springs is still used for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes, as it is rich in iron oxide and other minerals. We have the opportunity to enjoy the taste of healing water from four underground springs.

- 14:00LunchAfter visiting the zoo you will have a picnic: smoked trout with potatoes, hot tea, local berry jam Karelian pastries will be offered to you.
- 15:00Return to the baseWe return to the touristic base "Moroshka", hand over the equipment. Check-out and go to Petrozavodsk.
