Dmitri Mendeleyev House-Apartment

Russian physician and chemist Dmitri Mendeleyev (1834-1907) lived in this apartment from 1866 to 1890. This is where he worked on the classification of the elements published in 1869. This museum allows an approach to the chemist's work. It contains his personal library, manuscripts as well as many other documents. It is also possible to admire an art collection and scientific instruments.
