Monument to Lenin

The monument to V. Lenin was erected in 1926 and it’s clear that Lenin here doesn’t suit the religious atmosphere created by the surrounding buildings. The monument is situated near the entrance to the Monastery and not far away from the monument to St. Sergius of Radonezh.
