Municipal Garden

The Municipal Garden is situated in the protected architectural area of the destroyed Kremlin of Tver. During the Great Patriotic War the garden was destroyed, but after the war it was replanned and planted again. The garden is restricted from the north by the left bank of the Volga River. It occupies an area of 9 hectares. In the garden there are monuments to A. S. Pushkin, prince Michael of Tver and Karl Marx, as well as numerous cafes and attractions.
