The Historic Military Museum is located in an ancient building on the bank of Amur and is considered a monument of architecture. Its halls expose the principal stages of the regional history, including the exploration of the lands of the Far East, the military defence of the region before the revolution of 1917, the civil war of 1918-1922, Far East citizens at the fronts of the Great Patriotic War and the Far East army in the present conditions.
