Concert and Cultural Complex "Palace of Arts"

The concert and cultural complex "Palace of Arts" is the only multidiscipline cultural institution in the country. There are no analogue institutions in Russia. The Palace of Arts has the only triangular stage in the city. On February 14, 2002 the Palace was opened to all art lovers. In autumn 2003 the complex opened its third artistic season.
