Chapel of Alexander Nevsky

The chapel of Alexander Nevsky was consecrated in September 2001, on the remembrance day of the most Orthodox Prince Saint Alexander Nevsky the Great. A religious procession traversed the whole city on its way to the chapel. The construction of the chapel lasted no longer than a few months. The icon of Alexander Nevsky was fulfilled by Chita artists for the chapel.
