Virgin’s Nativity Church

The Virgin’s Nativity Church ( Stroganovskaya) was built in 1719 in Russian Baroque style paid for by the Stroganov’s merchants. The church distinguishes itself by a beautiful white stone architecture, an elegant bell tower and a wind vane with a clock. The sculpted iconostasis and the painting of Stroganov remain to this day.
