“Orto Doydu” Zoo

This zoo opened on January 26th 2001. It is the only zoo that works in such extremely cold temperatures. It is also well-known for receiving any kind of wild animals and dispensing veterinary care for them. Birds and animals who couldn't survive the natural conditions for various reasons found shelter in the zoo. Among these animals there are representatives of rare species such as: Lynx, muskox, Siberian stag, haliastur and many others.
