Zhima mountain

Zhima mountain reaches the height of 1276 meters above the sea level. There is a great panoramic view to woody western steep shore of Olkhon island to Ukhan cape. The top of the mountain is covered with deep pine and larch forest, as well as relict fur forest. The rocks break down vertically to Baikal side, which are overgrown with steppe vegetation. Ascending and descending of the mountain can be done in one full day.
