National Museum of Komi Republic

The National Museum of Komi Republic is one of the largest museums of the region. It was created in 1991 on the initiative of ethnographers and animal enthusiasts of the regions. The exhibitions of the museum include 235,000 items that reflect the history of the development of the republic in all its aspects: ethnographic, paleontological, archaeological, historical and cultural. This museum is visited by over a hundred thousand people each year.
