Ushkovsky Volcano

Ushkovsky Volcano is located in the north-western part of volcanic group Klyuchevskoy in the eastern range. It is on the territory of Klyuchevskoy Volcano Nature Park included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. This complex volcano reaching a height of 3,943m, is among the 29 active volcanoes of Kamchatka. It forms a volcanic massif with Krestovsky volcano. Its last eruption dates back to 1890. However, volcanic activities have been recorded in 1980 as well as in 1983/1984.
