Zhupanovsky Volcano

Zhupanovsky Volcano is located in Zhupanovsky-Dzendzursky volcanic group which is made up of two volcanoes in the eastern volcanic range. It is also part of the Nalychevo Nature Park included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. It is a complex active volcano made up of 4 merged cone-shaped stratovolcanoes. It reaches a height of 2,958m. Its last eruption dates back to 1956-1957.
