Khangar Volcano

Khangar volcano does not belong to any volcanic group and is located on the central range. This dormant stratovolcano is considered as potentially active. Khangar, reaching a height of 2,000 meters, is known for its beautiful wooded caldera as well as for its crater lake. Scientists believe that its last eruption took place 4,000 years ago.
