Kharchinsky Volcano

Kharchinsky volcano belongs to Klyuchevskoy volcano group located in the eastern range. Kharchinksy shield volcano reaches a height of 1,400 meters. The date of the last eruption of this extinct volcano is unknown. It was named after a village called Kharchino that used to be an Itelmen camp. At the foot of the volcano lays Kharchinskoye Lake.
