Chyortov Palets Island

Chyortov Palets Island is located in Avacha Bay near the Three Brothers Island. “Chyortov Palets” means “Devil’s fingier”. This come from its shape: a narrow rock whose summit stretches towards the sky. There are actually two islands called “Chyortov Palets”. The other one is located near Babushkin Kamen. Divers as well as fishermen are numerous in this area.
