Voynovskiye Hot Springs

Voynovskiye hot springs are located 500 meters left of Mutnovskaya River’s source. They belong to the South Kamchatka Nature Park included in the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List. They flow in a gorge on the right bank of the river and are divided into different groups. The water’s temperature varies between 40 and 60°C. Its mineralization rate is 0.84L/s. The last group, along the river, makes a small lake where people can swim. Unfortunately it is frequently flooded. Further down, there are other natural basins ideal for swimming and bathing. The surroundings are really picturesque. The springs can be reached from volcano Mutnovsky’s geologist base. You can also get there following the left source of Mutnovskaya River.
