Kubinka Tank Museum

Located just outside of Moscow, the tank museum is the largest of that kind in the world. The museum opened in 1978, it reunites Soviets and Russian tanks from the October 1917 Revolution to the present. Among the exhibited vehicles one can find a certain number of German tanks, caught during the war, as well as some from allies. Located close to a military and space base, visitors must call the museum beforehand and get an authorization.
